User Halacha added the following on Oct 21 2015 and it was removed until sources are added: If one didn't have the text where they ate:
- One could just say the last 6 words of the first paragraph after the Zimmun.
- Get a Siddur and return to the table or room which the meal was eaten and say the prayer.
