One edit added: (The Maaseh Rav says that the Gra started his seuda after 'tefilah'. Some learn that this means after mincha, which would be like the first opinion.) I don't understand this in light of the text of the Maaseh Rav #248 סעודת פורים עיקרה ביום, על כן הנכון לכוין לצאת בסעודת שחרית. והוא ז"ל עשה סעודתו במשתה ושמחת כולה ביום וכשהחשיך התפלל מעריב וחזר ללמודו: which implies that the best time is Seudat Shacharit, the morning meal. --YitzchakSultan (talk) 23:16, 5 April 2020 (EDT)
